Refund Policy

Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before pickup — full refund of any pre-paid amount.
• 24–48 hours before pickup — 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show — non-refundable.

Deposit

The on-pickup deposit is fully refundable when the car is returned in its original condition with a full tank.

Wedding & chauffeur packages

Due to driver and decoration scheduling, wedding bookings require 7 days notice for a full refund. Chauffeur bookings require 24 hours notice.
